- I am unable to test out full-body tracking/ hand tracking since I do not have the proper equipment, but I will do my best to fix any issues with tracking once the model has been sent if needed.

Term of service

  • By commissioning me in any way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

  • I am preoccupied with in real life stuff (school) so commissions are going to take a while to complete. If you need the commission on a specific date, please do inform me. This may incur additional charges depending on my workload.

  • Provide a complete references and gallery. This includes full body art of the character to be commissioned, must give a clear idea of the character’s design and color palette.

  • Commissions are first come-first-serve, those who contacted me first will have their work completed first.

  • I, the artist, reserve the right to reject any commission order for any reason I see fit, with or without providing a reason.

Please note that commissions will be delivered within 3 to 4 months of me starting the commission!

  • I, the artist, reserve the right to stop work on a Commission once it has begun, or cancel a Commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate, or a breach of these Terms of Service.

  • If the Commission is defined as confidential, the artist will temporarily delay public display of the image at the request of the client until the client specifies public display is permitted.

  • If you file a chargeback against me or fail to pay for your model in full upon its completion, your right to everything I have made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.

  • When the commission is almost done, major revisions would be considered as a new commission order.

  • Do not claim/credit the commissioned 3D artwork as your own work.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

I will not do:

  • NFT/NSFW

  • I cannot do furry model

  • A design that is not yours

  • Hyper-realistic models

  • Non-humanoid

  • Mecha

  • Elderly people

FAQ

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT GO?
-Both paying upfront by 100% or 50% first and 50% after once the model complete is fine by me.
-For paying 50% upfront and 50% after, once you paid me the first 50% I will start working on your model and the other half will be send to you when I finished your model, after you paid the last 50% I will send you your model
-Both payment plan with have to be included 8% paypal feesWHAT KIND OF REFERENCE DO I NEED?
- I will need to see your character from 3 sides (front, side, back), front facing If you want me to make model close to your 2d reference.
- Prioritize characters with fully shaded reference sheets or Live2D illustrations as I work best with themCAN I CANCEL COMMISSION?
There are three options:
1. If you haven't paid 50% and I haven't started work, you can cancel the order.
2. If you have paid 50% and I have started work, you can cancel the order, but I will not refund the prepayment to you all the rights to model or it's wip.
3. If I will cancel your order for my side, I will refund your money
